This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the New Westminster platform in Canada.

New Westminster Casino Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the New Westminster platform. By accessing or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

These Terms of Use apply to all users accessing New Westminster from Canada and form a legally binding agreement between the user and the operator. New Westminster reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility and Access Requirements

To use the New Westminster platform, the following conditions must be met at all times:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. In provinces or territories where the minimum legal age for gambling is higher, that higher age requirement applies. It is the user’s responsibility to confirm the applicable age requirement in their jurisdiction before registering or using the service.
  • You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is permitted under applicable law. New Westminster does not guarantee availability in all Canadian provinces or territories. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the service is lawful in their location.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and whenever requested by New Westminster. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Use.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

New Westminster applies identity verification procedures consistent with applicable regulatory requirements. Users may be required to submit documentation confirming identity, age, and residential address. Access to certain functions or features may be restricted until verification is complete.

The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Any activity conducted through an account is deemed to be the responsibility of the account holder. If unauthorized access or use is suspected, New Westminster must be notified without delay through the designated support channels.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in connection with the use of the New Westminster platform:

  • Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person or entity.
  • Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of proxies, VPNs, or similar tools or techniques.
  • Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the service.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, interferes with, or otherwise negatively affects the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, software defects, or processing delays for personal gain or for the benefit of others.

New Westminster reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms of Use and to take appropriate action, which may include suspension of access, withholding of funds pending investigation, or permanent termination of the account.

4. Responsible Gambling Obligations

New Westminster supports responsible gambling in accordance with applicable Canadian standards. Users have access to tools intended to support informed and controlled participation, including options to set limits and to request self-exclusion.

If gambling behavior is believed to be causing or contributing to harm, users are encouraged to make use of the available limit-setting features or to contact New Westminster to request self-exclusion. Information about external support resources is made available through the service.

New Westminster complies with requirements to ensure that responsible gambling information is visible and accessible. Information about self-exclusion is available at all times and is not conditional on account status or activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and functionality made available through the New Westminster platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and audiovisual content, are and remain the exclusive property of the operator or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials obtained through the service without prior written authorization from New Westminster or the applicable rights holder.

6. Limitation of Liability

Access to and use of the New Westminster platform is provided on an as-available basis. The operation of the service may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond the operator’s control, which may result in temporary unavailability or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, New Westminster’s liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the service is limited. This limitation applies to all forms of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and includes indirect or consequential loss where such exclusion is permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms of Use affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

New Westminster collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference and should be read together with this document.

User data is handled in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation. New Westminster does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the user’s consent, where such consent is required.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which New Westminster operates in Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms of Use or to the use of the service is subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the operator, which may include internal complaint mechanisms or external dispute resolution processes, where required by law or regulatory requirements.

Users in Canada retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable provincial or federal law. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Amendments and Termination

New Westminster may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the service or by other reasonable means. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated within this document.

New Westminster may suspend or terminate user access to the service at any time if these Terms of Use are breached, if required by a regulatory authority or by applicable law, or where continued access would be inconsistent with legal or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination of access, any rights granted to the user under these Terms of Use shall cease, without prejudice to any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms of Use or requests for clarification of any provision may be directed to New Westminster through the official support channels listed on the Contact page of the service.
